To give our US collectors the smoothest experience, your artwork is produced through one of the top fine art printing labs in the United States. This partnership protects the quality of the work and ensures faster, safer delivery with no unexpected duties such as international tariffs added to the cost of your piece.
Archival Production in the US
Your print is produced on museum-grade materials by specialists who work to the exact standards used by FRAEMS London. The process mirrors the workflow in the United Kingdom, so you receive the exact same depth, stability, and finish as our London Lab. Local production also avoids the complications that come with international customs, which keeps the final price transparent.
Edition Details on the Artwork
Each print carries its edition information in the margin. This links the piece to its certificate and confirms the unique place it holds in the series. The markings remain discreet and preserve the clean visual impact of the artwork while giving collectors immediate clarity on edition control.
Your Certificate From the UK
Your certificate of authenticity is prepared in the United Kingdom. It is created, signed, and registered in our studio. It then travels to you by post as a separate document. The certificate completes the provenance of the print and brings both elements together.
A Clear, Collector-Friendly System
There are no hidden fees. No surprises at checkout. You receive your artwork quickly through a leading US lab, and you receive your holographic certificate directly from our London lab. Both parts are made to live together to fully authenticate your limited edition.
Prints:
All prints are packaged securely in a robust cardboard tube and dispatched within 3 working days of your order via trackable Courier. Delivery times and costs are:
USA: 4-7 days from placement of order – £20
Authentication Certificates:
Your Authentication Certificate will be shipped separately from your print and will follow a few days after your print is due to arrive. Each Certificate is linked to our record database by the name of the original buyer. If you would like the certificate to be validated using another name (useful when gifting), please let us know in the notes section at the checkout. The Certificate contains a holographic seal that should not be tampered with as it will render the certificate void. We cannot validate Certificates if the hologram displays the void indicator.
Framing the print on your end:
We love our built-to-order frames; they are built to an exceptional quality. However, if you live in or near a city with a framer, you can save money on transit costs by framing the print locally. This also helps the environment by reducing your carbon footprint. The print will arrive in a secure tube (as shown above). You can search online for reputable framers in your city and provide them with the tube.
Frames (Window, Tray and Aluminium Frames):
Our frames are professionally handmade to order by two of the leading frame labs in London UK and Germany. Estimated dispatch times are 15 days from placing your order. If you are ordering our WHITE ASH finish, the dispatch time would be 16 days from order.
Shipping frames that feature ArtGlass (Window frames) require extra care, especially to locations that are reasonably far from the UK and in some cases, the framed artwork would require being shipped in a crate to protect your order during international transit.
USA: If you are ordering to the USA, your framed artwork will be shipped via DHL International. Frames are packed securely in a cardboard box that is insulated with padding and foam to protect your artwork. This is limited to the following sizes only: 15″ x 20″ and 22″ x 29″. If you would like to purchase our larger 30″ x 40″ and 37.5″ x 50″ framed artworks, you will need to contact us via email to place this order as we will need to build a crate to protect your artwork for shipping.
